There is no reason for it to nukes collagen if taken orally, minox foam/liquid reduces collagen because without ethanol it couldn't penetrate the skin subcutaneous layers and reach the follicle.
If taken orally it's already systemic.

This is retarded and highly dangerous, not all topical solutions have standard titration so you cant just use a dropper to measure it , adding to that if you are drinking topical the drug is instantly in your blood and there is no buffered release like oral minox which can lead to some serious heart complications
