it’s a lot easier to increase sex appeal than aesthetics imo (but there are still a lot of ppl who will never have any sex appeal cuz of their base)

I only train neck at home, too high inhib to do that in a gym and look autistic ngl
just get weight plates in small increments, do no weight your first time then go to 2.5 then 5 etc
You don’t need the neck harness, just do the exercises he does with plates at home
