We can say that there are 3 primary causes for eyebags: lack of fat, pigment or irritation. Looking at the product's ingredients and running them through ChatGPT, the answer is that it's very unlikely any of them could lead to a negative outcome that could give you eyebags. Regardless, you're supposed to put it on your eyelashes and eyebrows, not near your undereye area.

You're wondering if they do or are you saying you've used it and it caused eyebags?

they dont, they dont have any prostaglandins (mark solution πŸ˜πŸ˜‡(y))

what about latisse G
Latisse DOES have prostaglandins, which is what dnrwarrior11 and Bryce were talking about. Prostaglandins are known to be irritating to some people, but most importantly, it is documented that they can cause periorbital fat loss, making the skin around your eyes thinner and leading to potential eye bags.

I'm unsure how true it is that you can mitigate this effect using Vaseline around the area, if you wanna use it anyways, at least try that. However, I wouldn't risk it.
