Does ostarine and enclo expire

I have a bottle of ostarine and enclo which I left in a dark place for nearly a year. Is it still safe/effective to use ? Both bottles have been opened.

Enclo is enough for ostarine. It’s the mildest sarm which is already milder than most orals
