Long philtrum is mainly caused by chromosomal anomalies or fetal toxins. Perhaps, one of your relatives have Grinch's philtrum. That's about it.

I do t think its as much as my philtrum is the big I think my nose is just a bit short. I still have a super compact midface

I don't think there's a difference, Opry has too many striking features so those lips only affect his side profile
