No lol, there was someone here who made a thread and we talked about voice changes after bimax. Results were that for a few months after bimax you'll get a higher pitched voice then it'll settle back down.
So something as light as MSE won't change shit

There are surgeries for that, but I never looked into it tbh, search for pitch lowering surgery.
Though take my advice, except if you have a comically high-pitched voice, don't bother and just looksmax

Basically according to other it sounds it sounds like there's something stuck and my mouth and its uncomfortable to move my lips
