does pct raise your e2?

the whole point of pct is forcing your body to produce natural testosterone again (in simple terms), wich obviously means higher aromatization and higher e2, the solution is obvious here: use an ai during your pct, but i have read multiple times that slightly higher levels of e2 are needed during pct to maximise recovery odds, wich isn't ideal for teenage roiders who don't want to close their growth plates. so how do you even pct at this point?
