at the end of the day you weren't born better so where do you go from here? I guess you've chosen to rottmaxx but I feel like that will make you very unhappy as you move into your early and mid 20s. You will be wishing that you had laid a better foundation in your teen years.

He looks great in both pics, slightly better in April but long hair probably suits him better in motion. He looks worse in pics than he'd look if he were walking down the street with a strong mane, a good frame and 1.86. Your only visible defects are a disproportionate nose with protruding sides and your collagen. Perhaps your face is flat and that's the reason your bones aren't showing despite having a reasonable amount of fat, but you could also have high bloat due to dietary habits. Either way you still got room to ascend, don't listen to the doomer faggots and pursue surgery and supplements

Yeah he looks like he’s tanned in this pic. I’ve been telling him a lot to softmaxx but he doesn’t listen. He thinks he sees it all but he doesn’t. People are legit trying to help him. Tan+skincare+ some bodyfat % loss+ haircut he’d be 4.5psl+ easily. And yes u can lose some more bodyfat @Pietrosiek
