Subq i recommend 30+
IM (oils) 23-27 (23 would be a fucking spear)

Never tried it and i dont know enough about it. But for example i tried glutathione subq was the worst idea of my life at a high concentration of 500mg/ml very low ph (pretty sure 4-5 and goal should be 7 ) stung like crazy

Pin oils IM into your pecs with a slin syringe if you're scared of using a lower gauge.
And just do stomach for subcutaneous injections, hardly feel it unless you bitch out and blunt the needle.
