Does playing / doing any sport positively “looksmaxx” you?

It’s common for me to read old guides on here that cover how to promote bone growth / naturally boost your test or GH. A method that is sometimes covered in those threads are playing a “high test” or masculine sport like wrestling, american football, mma, etc.

However I’ve seen many counterarguments saying that those listed sports and others are TOO harsh on the joints and really inhibit the goal of bone growth. So in this case, I ask is there any sport that will or can positively “looksmaxx” you whether it be through improving your face, height, frame, hair, or wtv else you can think of

You're forgetting the insane amounts of sun damage on the skin. They sacrifice skin for hair.

just validating the argument that sports can somehow have a benefit on hair, but yeah unless they sunscreen themselves to death their aging 20+ years

didnt even ask that breh :feelswhy: i really asked if there is any specific sport that will have upsides with no downsides in relation to LM goals, outside of LM obv sports are generally good for u

yeah im currently the fastest kid in class and pursueing sprints and massai jump competitions to mog my classmates

so would you say that seeing sports as a method for boosting test and gh is cope? this is still talking on the spectrum of “natural boosters” bc obv pinning straight test or roids is going to be superior by 10 fold

I genuinely have a shit lifestyle, I smoke, drink, barely get any sleep but I look better now than I used to before when I was actively working out


It's mostly diet tbh, plus you know what health indicators to look for you can fraud to look healthy

I would say YES
 
Any form of exercise will.
I highly doubt a specific form of exercise is going to yield non-negligible change to any part of your appearance outside of physique changes (muscle mass, not skeletal).
 
sports are better than rotting obviously but theres more optimal ways to looksmax through other cardio methods if thats your only goal

really nothing comparable to playing a team sport w the boys tho. good for socialmaxxing
