It’s common for me to read old guides on here that cover how to promote bone growth / naturally boost your test or GH. A method that is sometimes covered in those threads are playing a “high test” or masculine sport like wrestling, american football, mma, etc.
However I’ve seen many counterarguments saying that those listed sports and others are TOO harsh on the joints and really inhibit the goal of bone growth. So in this case, I ask is there any sport that will or can positively “looksmaxx” you whether it be through improving your face, height, frame, hair, or wtv else you can think of
