Probably but not that much. I mean I had shit posture and now have mild scoliosis which somewhat affects my height, albeit the difference would be small

i guess my main question is would this be permanent or would you have to constantly fix ur posture? or like if you train it for long enough your posture could just remain good hence you keep the extra inch that ur posture was restricting u from? pls dont call me a tard saar jus asking questions
