What exactly do you mean? No physical maturation? Most people look how they look when they were a kid, that is why you can match people to their childhood photos.

Also does slow aging have to with it I’m Asian and a lot of people in my family look younger than they are

Need to test for low T levels if you are about 17 but still not getting much change.
