I have made a couple of threads but I have slowed down due to developing a large bruise near the head it is almost gone and am planning to back i n the rythm and then get a bigger pump and make a longer thread when/if i hit 8 inches. I didnt measure girth but it feels thicker in my hand. Might also start to use an all day stretcher but will need to do more research

I use the hydromaxx 7 there are probably better and cheaper alternatives especially now but I fell for the propaganda 2 years ago after watching a brett maverick video and this random american ogre on steroids. Even tho there are better options when I go up in size as I am already off the scale of my pump (but there is a bit more space) I will prob go for hydroextreme 9.

how long do the results last

Mostly permant:In my "off" phase normally pumping 1-2 times a week they are permanatn but when pumping with more intensity it will be swollen so the first couple of week will make you look way bigger but unless you go off for a couple of months completely and probably dont wank or have sex then you might lose your gains 100%.

It does look a bit funky cause instead of a pump ball to squeeze you have to push it towards you. As i said there are prob better options. I am sorry 16 yr me didnt have enough forseight to do more research that it would be posting about ts 2 years from then

Yeah, if you have high T control, you can manage. It's just water is denser than air, so the pressure increase is more sudden.
