Does Raffaini ever over-advance?

Alfaro and Raffaini are good friends are share similar ideals and techniques on aesthetics and how to perform bimax. Basically, perform big movements and so called “face push”.

Recently, Alfaro was debunked due to major dogmaxxing.

However, I’ve never seen a dogmaxxed result from Raffaini. Is it because he has enough IQ not to upload his dogmaxxed patients? Or is it because he is so good he never over-advances?

He actually posted a instagram post where he pretty much shit talks facepush concept and say his clinic focus is on harmony.

He don't seem to over advance because he's conservative from what i heard.

While Raffaini may be good, he is very selective about the results he publishes. He may overadvance on occasion and not release the results into the wild like Alfaro does (for some reason).

Alfari believe the more u advance the better u will look (which is bullshit)

Raffaini have a total different concept: he still use ideal facial ratio + adds soft tissu manipulation + rhino

He has some over advanced people, they are typicly sleep apnea cases (but thet doesnt look dogmax, just in the limit and still they are improved)

Alfaro is total cope, he even say he will give patient long faces but that its "better", he doesnt believe in old way analysis on what is ideal

For exemple SNA is max at 82, past this point u will look like african pheno.

For Alfaro "it will be better"

Most surgeon know that anteface is total cope.

I even talk to a surgeon who is really aesthetic focused, he said that he never advance the maxilla more than 4mm bevause most of the time it will look bad
