i saw some stuff a few months back about how increasing your natural dopamine levels, through taking supplements or other methods, decreases your prolactin

yes it does, but "natural" dopamine boosts will likely only show very small prolactin changes. so, visible effects are very limited, you probably won't see any at all tbh. dopamine drugs on the other hand, suppress prolactin a lot more, and therefore you're more likely to see the effects of it. good luck brother
