Hgh is fine, its perscribed by doctors to children who are simply too small. If you take exogenous HGH and stop taking it, your natural production will come back within a day. It‘s also considered a peptide. How you convince your mom is another topic, it really depends on how your mom is as a person. If you can explain to her that you seek to take it because you want an advantage in life that might give you more income because of your height (wich it probably wont impact by much, if at all, but she dosen’t have to know that) then that could work. If she‘s a person who thinks logically you could show her studies etc. But if shes more of an emotional mom who dosen’t really care about what studies say and just acts emotionally it would be a bit harder.

Igf1 or hgh, doc won't prescribe test cause he will try to raise it naturally, tell her u feel unwell etc go to doctor do blood test, ask for igf1 and hgh and free igf1 included in blood test. If you have deficiency talk to doctor when examining blood tests. If you do actually have a problem he will prescribe and try to help. No other choice since you want your parents to buy it
