Does ramieri do saddled infraorbital?

Read on here that he doesn’t, but they were old threads. on his ig page he showed this 2 months ago, and it seems a saddled infraorbital implant.
Did anyone get this surgery with him?
He calls cheekbones implant, but usually cheekbones implant cover the lower zygos, not upper like this
