Does raw milk actually help during development?

Does it actually help or is it just cope ?
 
Milk is extremely nutritious when you drink decent amount of it so yeah during devolpment it should help but most importantly you have to get long and good quality sleep for it to actually work at its best

What do u consider healthy I eat much meat and eggs
My friend is well into nutrition @shin.ji0 so you could ask him for more results
But just a balanced and well maintained diet like micronutrients and shi 😭protein good but you need other stuff in your diet milk is good for you tho

to be fully optimal raw milk would be better if you can get it from a good source. raw milk and pasteurized milk have almost identical nutrients but with raw milk you'll get benefits for development that you wouldn't get from denatured or reduced components such as:

-bioactive immune proteins (Immunoglobulins)
-IGF-1 and IGF-2
-TGF-β isoforms and EGF
 
to be fully optimal raw milk would be better if you can get it from a good source. raw milk and pasteurized milk have almost identical nutrients but with raw milk you'll get benefits for development that you wouldn't get from denatured or reduced components such as:

-bioactive immune proteins (Immunoglobulins)
-IGF-1 and IGF-2
-TGF-β isoforms and EGF
I have a very good source, therefore I drink like 1 liter per day

it’s a good addition granted you can get it from a good and well trusted source, but it’s not gonna take u from 5’7 to 6ft in like a year, overall just make sure you’re hitting good macros with whole foods and try limit certain foods like oats.

Starch - good for decreasing anxiety
fruits/ juices - good for gaining weight/ energy
vegetable juices - good for detox (more to it)

for height eat a lot of fat, protein, and make sure you’re in a caloric surplus with good micronutrients, and get a lot of sunlight like A LOT, and you’ll be good.

Do your own research but aajonus is a pretty cool guy i’ve trusted some of his stuff and it’s worked out well for me and sorted out a lot of issues i had 👍👍

yeah his stuff has helped out some health issues i’ve had and i’ve noticed my hair getting nicer and getting better looking and more, not fully in the lifestyle tho i still like my goyslop.

But overall if you can get a good source there are certain things in raw milk that can help you reach max height but you have to drink alot of it and you have to realise it’s not gonna make you grow like super past ur genetic limit

I have good genetics (my father is like 190cm and mum 180cm) I’m 14 and 180
