Does raw milk causes Tuberculosis?

Today I asked my mum to leave some unboiled milk for me.
She told me it not safe and more.
She says if I want to drink milk raw the I need to get it warm straight from animals body heat.
And she told me your father used to drink room temperature raw milk which was milked probably like a whole day ago and this act gave him Tuberculosis.
.. it is true that milk contains a bacteria that is closely related to the real bacteria that causes TB.
So .. I'D like to know
should I drink raw milk if |• NO (it's it)
Or
If yes then should I drink it in a short period of time when the cow was milked OR
Is it fine to fine to drink whenever (simply saying; my father's cause of TB was some other factor).
