Matters how u react to dairy, chances are if ur white and not lactose intolerant it will do good for u and if anything prevent acne and rebuild cells and do good shti for u

They are, not a soul is getting in trouble from drinking fresh raw milk from your local farm. If you die from that or get any serious illness ever, then you're the same type of person as this Indian guy who was on the news for dying to a protein shake

Yes dairy and carbohydrates can cause acne breakouts but it is usually after an elongated period of time where you consume these foods that you develop acne
