im looking for ways to megadose potassium and ive found spinach to be a great option
100g of raw spinach has around 550mg potassium with barely any other harmful macronutrients (or any macros for that matter)
i thought about shit like beans and dried fruits etc but most of these foods are loaded with estrogens so its a no go
