GLP-1 slows gastric emptying → meals are spaced out more naturally → fewer insulin spikes → less reactive water retention.
Improved insulin sensitivity leads to lower circulating insulin → insulin is highly anti-natriuretic, so when it drops, the body stops holding excess sodium/water → visible “de-puffing.”
Reduced inflammation in the gut (GLP-1 receptors exist in the intestinal lining) → less IBS-type bloating for a lot of people.
Reduced overall food volume because appetite drops → less mechanical distension of the stomach → stomach sits flatter.
Lower cortisol levels due to improved metabolic efficiency → cortisol is a major cause of water retention in the midsection.
Weight loss decreases visceral fat, which reduces pressure on the stomach and intestines → less internal bloating feeling.

anecdotal is esp important for this question because we already know reta is a natriuretic and can fuck with your electrolyte balance, but the question is that sodium depletion effect strong enough to see debloat? many people report losing up to 10 lbs within the first week, but is it mostly intramuscular or subcutaneous water retention? chatgpt cant accurately answer it and no study is really testing or reporting about this, so the only real way to know is to ask

Mild at best, don't expect anything from it

People are saying that it is minimal. I disagree I am on 1mg weekly and even on .5 I literally cannot get bloated anymore. I could eat real good chicken w/ like 3g of sodium and wake up depleted asf needing to have electrolytes asap (thats the only downside) but I just eat a ton of sodium and keep potassium decently high and its literally lifechanging perma debloat, it is one of the first things that I noticed.

Honestly a interesting concept that should be applied is people with bloating from gear usage micro dosing for the aforementioned benefits.

I also found it to make you look a bit leaner. Whole body and face look more bloated off it. Gonna buy more in 2 months once I run out and use it throughout my bulk
