Does reta help building muscle while staying lean?

I dont have any problem losing weight. (I have a very low appetite) but im currently bulking and trying to gain muscle.

when my next cut comes im gonna try to get to 10% but at 10% bodyfat its hard to gain more muscles. Does reta help with that?

Does it give you more energry or something so you can stay lean and still gain more muscle

Use reta to cut but dont expect more muscle from it maybe you can keep more of the muscle you made on the bulk

Im not expecting it to work as a steroid. But what im asking is does it let me progress even at a low bodyfat. So i never have to ho above 10-11% bodyfat and still get bigger

Theres nothing anabolic about reta its not gonna help you build muscle at a low bf

In your case HGH would probally be your best option it has fat lipolysis effects that don't require you to be in a deficit and it also slightly anabolic which makes it good for recomping
