Trying to do a Keto diet but withdrawals suck, will reta help or nah ):

Carbs only cause bloating if you don't use them, which is the same as calories; if you don't use them, they'll be stored.

But there's many ways to debloat, cardio, sauna, diuretics, balance your electrolytes, cold plunge, etc
