@chadisbeingmade i think you know alot about this. And im not even planning to pin reta im jus curious does reta surpress appetite and burn fat or both? Can you eat whatever on reta and it will burn it? How does it work. Thanks!

Ofc it does, it's basically how it works by reducing appetite and reducing calorie intake, but he careful of dosage it could make you nauseous
