Hi buddy boyos, tomorrow i will start Retin-A, many doctors say that it causes some skin dryness, any advice on how to minimize the possible dryness?

Yes, it's practically guaranteed. You should start of with small amounts (no more than pea sizedbfor your entire face), start every other day then move up to daily (only apply at night) wear sunscreen daily (Retin-A increases sun sensitivity), and put a moisturizer on every day.

Also stop any other chemical exfoliants like salicylic acid.

Even after doing all of this you'll still probably get heavy flaking because that is what it is designed to do.
