Does revision genio require a good surgeon?

I know everyone here says that a genioplasty is very easy to do, almost any surgeon can do it, which is quite true.

But what about a reverse/revision genio? I want my genioplasty totally reversed, it was advanced a few mm forward and also widened by splitting the middle and pushing the bone out but now I look a bit like the Crimson Chin after my genioplasty.

The biggest concerns are NERVE DAMAGE, my chin is already numb as fuck, and MENTALIS MUSCLE RESUSPENSION, which many surgeons will often fail at.

The skin will also be left more saggy after the surgery but I think there's nothing you can do besides some form of face lift if you want to fix that, I will probably cope with it.

I would ideally like to go to Ramieri or Pagnoni but they are a bit expensive so I'm considering a French surgeon for about half the price instead. What to do?

Also, France is actually about 2/3 the price of Italy (IT RANGES AND DEPENDS ON THE SURGEON THOUGH)

On top of that it's a revision surgery meaning they're working with scar tissue and there is a bigger risk of chin ptosis

you know you can customise a genio very heavily right? more often than not its mentally ill transformers that choose this design shape. You just gotta tell the surgeon exactly what you want but they would have the most experience in chin contouring and minimising saggy skin as they specialise in it

ramieri isn't even better than pagnoni lol, you'll get botched again. I'd rather go to some turkish surgeon like erol cansiz or eren pera at this point if you can't afford higher options.

lol who says this? I dont know a ton about genioplasties but I've never know a surgery that involved cutting bone to be "easy". Easy is like removal of a few bits of skin, reposition small amounts of fat, doing reversable shit.

A chin implant is easy... Not cutting bone.

The skin will also be left more saggy after the surgery but I think there's nothing you can do besides some form of face lift if you want to fix that,

Neck lift.. how are you going to address a saggy chin by pulling/reducing skin and ligments by the upper ear/check.
