Huh, that’s quite interesting, I never heard about that side effects but what I can say from my experience of using it, no it’s not. See I was using it in mid 20 and same time got my mandible growing more then during puberty (which I heard is ok for male tbh) so I can’t guarantee but I doubt it stopping bone development tbh
