He doesn't look punjabi at all, he looks levantine/med. Something about his facial features look different, but I can't figure out what.

If he has a shorter skull, less deepest eyes, shorter jaws and less square skull he could maybe pass as one. His skull is a dead giveaway

There's no such thing as an "North Indian skull". "North Indians" are related to WESTERN EURASIANS and whilst they are somewhat different, they overlap notably with Western Eurasians.

Yeah he looks too ogre to be pure European unless he’s from the mountains of Russia or something, plus his lips nose and facial hair, come to think of it his long hair + his angularity and dimorphism is probably why he looks so oceanic

There's no such thing as "European skull" or "pure European". The whole concept of "Europe" is a social construct. There is EURASIA and its most Western part and the WHOLE of Western Eurasia is a genetic continuum.
