Does SARPE do anything to the face?

Does SARPE (to increase upper palate width) do anything? My maxfac said they'll do it. I wonder what to expect from it? My face is more narrow than long (if that makes sense) and is generally receded subhuman filth etc. I know it's cope but it's free for me so fuck it.

it will make your palate wider but if they surgeon sucks they will fuck your face up beyond repair

there is almost nothing to fuck up with sarpe. it is just a small cut. the expander makes the work. after that you will get braces. it is one of the best things you can do. a lot of people who get bimax should get sarpe before that but they don't and then they wonder why they are unsatisfied with the results.
it helps with facial symmetry. also a narrow face is not attractive. short answer: do it! the only one problem that I see that a lot of guys have a really narrow lower jaw. so they should actually get a lower jaw expander as well. just ask your doc if that makes sense in your case.
