Silk is supposedly the best

Still will have negligible impact on acne

Only if your acne is caused by bacteria. I got a satin pillow since true silk costs fuck tons of money.

I see more benefits in getting one for hair.

If your acne is hormonal it won't make a difference, hence why I got on accutane.

You just got to test and see. If your acne doesn’t go down after getting a new pillow case and switching it every few days for about 1-2 weeks then its most likely hormonal

if your acne is bacterial just use benzoyl peroxide wash, other than that the only upside of silk is that it doesn't tangle your hair

Then its most likely bacterial. You probably aren’t changing your pillow case enough.

If you sweat a lot in your sleep that’s probably causing it and you’d have to wash your pillow case maybe every 1-2 days.

use benzoyl peroxide wash then, make sure to hydrate your skin with a good barrier supporting cream after tho, use 3x a week at first then work your way up.
