i have sauna at home since like a year but never even used it once
i remember like a year ago whenever i was swimming and went into the sauna after, my face felt completely smooth and flat, not chubby

is it legit? should i just looksmax along with saunamaxxing everyday?

Sauna has many good effects and there are studies saying that it supposedly increases hgh by a lot
