Does scalp advancement raise eyebrows?

One of things on my list bjt i like my eyebrows and im afraid of messing them up

Advancement as in forward, correct?
Either way, from what I see, I don't think that advancing your scalp (unless you're moving it backwards maybe) will affect your eyebrows.
