this is ofc assuming your mandible is only pointing down because your maxilla is so long. Otherwise if it’s just downgrown, they’d have to rotate it upwards.

Of course if it gets vertically shorter and your jaw swings upwards the angle will become lower. You’d still need a CT scan instead of this macgyvered planning it may not even be the right choice.
