It does matter that's literally 1/2 of your facial attractiveness, maybe in photos people won't tell, but they definitely will in real life. There's not a single reason in the world why you should stop caring about improving a part of your facial aesthetics

i got a roman nose and my jawline is pretty shit, my face isnt that lean so my ramus is like barely visible and stuff

In real life, yes. Sleep on your back for facial symmetry, and potentially work on body recomposition and debloating. If you breathe through your mouth in your sleep, invest in mouth tape; it’s very cheap.
