yeah okay so i was insecure about my skin for like 3 years then i got on accutane and literally everything changed.like it's insane how much clear skin matters. i'm not exaggerating when i say i went from like 5/10 to 7/10 just from clearing acne. same face, same body, just no acne.what works:- benzoyl peroxide 2.5% (actually works, not cope)- tretinoin if you can get it (works crazy good but takes 3 months)- accutane if it's severe (nuclear option but it works)what doesn't work:- expensive skincare ($200 moisturizers lol)- cutting dairy (only helps like 15% of people)- supplements (cope)honestly if you have acne just get on tretinoin or accutane. clear skin is worth more than getting shredded imo.

yeah but it destroys sebum production and your skin loses moisture. You need moisturizer on top to artificially replace natural barrier
