Does skull circumference even matter?

Mine is like 21.5" which should mean my head should be barely 5th percentile in size, tinier than most women and peanut headed but my frontal dimensions are well above average in India, bigger than most of my peers and about average internationally from what I have seen. I think @Birdcell has a similar case too. I just been growing out my hair to hide the lack of volume, depth and flat occipital.
