18 yo here, id say i'm pretty symmetrical but i've got som unsymetries. Could sleeping differently fix it or is it just cope?

its true and untrue if your asymmetry is in your bones then no sleeping on your back wont help but in most cases its just fluid building up on one side of your face causing that side to look puffier

cope. all genetics. slept on my right side all my life and my face is symmetrical. its good for posture tho i think. @hotlesbianfoidsex 's answer is right probably so depends on the cause of the unsymetries.
