18 yo here, id say i'm pretty symmetrical but i've got som unsymetries. Could sleeping differently fix it or is it just cope?

Ye, was thinking that it way no way it could fix bones at my age. Will try it tho, maybe it'll help a lil bitits true and untrue if your asymmetry is in your bones then no sleeping on your back wont help but in most cases its just fluid building up on one side of your face causing that side to look puffier
