Hey its me welli and im 17 years old,

I heard that sleeping on your back causes downward growth because tounge oosture cant be optimal if you sleep on your back. So is that true or just a myth because i like sleeping on my back because i think its good for posture. I have a bit of doenward growth i dont want to make it more worse.
