does slightly forcing my right eyebrow up give me high set eyebrows overtime

I have a lazy right eyelid and if i want but its not too much but i can even it up if i lift up my right eyebrow a tiny bit i barely feel it.
Is it gonna make it more high set overtime?
and what can i do to fix it?
ITS MOSTLY THE SKIN BETWEEN MY EYEBROW AND EYELID

Yes it will higher it your eyebrow over time as you are training your frontalis.
