Does small chin=more puffy cheeks?

I have small one and my cheeks are kinda puffy but i wouldnt say i look bloated and im pretty lean, so it can be possible. But i think its more about cheekbones and maxilla, fatpads etc rather than about chin.

maxilla is the most important part but I think small chin results in less room for the skin to stretch over, same with bad jaw

It has more to do with zygo placement and prominente, forward growth and jaw width. Jeremy meeks has hollow cheeks yet his chin is pretty weak forward-wise.
