’m 16, 178 cm tall, and weigh 50 kg. I can't seem to get rid of my chubby cheeks. It’s genetic, but I’m planning to have surgery to remove the buccal fat pads. However, I’m afraid I’ll end up looking even worse—I’ve read that it can cause problems later on, like just having saggy skin.

Use a fat dissolver first like lipo vela if you want to see results overtime, and yes there is future consequences with it but do you want to look good now or slightly better later in life

I think it will be better in the future, but I’d prefer it now.

Then either use a fat dissolver on the fat on your cheeks or get the buccal fat removed entirely

you are bloated or no bones or u dont have chubby cheeks.
