Ive been smoking for a year and a half now and saw multiple videos talking about smoking being bad for your facial development, is this true?

Not sure. I smoked the most when my face developed the most for good. But it was a coincidence tbh

Maybe not structure but could definitely affect your looks in different ways, you dont want to have a smokers cough in any formal situation really, its a bad look most of the time
