well my addiction started while only smoking while i was with my friends, only like 4 sticks a day would fuck you up on a longer time period and your addiction would get worse.

I'm consistent with smoking only 4 sticks. I run atleast 11km a day, so I have virtually no urge to smoke.

well for that try to stick to 4 a day, be careful not to get addicted because you fall into the "I can quit whenever i want" and constantly lying to yourself, with 4 a day you might not see changes to your eyes in like a month but as i said on a longer time period you will

I've been smoking only 4 ever since I started smoking. And that was in 2010.
