Does smoking have any effect on facial aesthetics? (I don't smoke), but I've seen some chronic smokers having well defined hollow cheeks

nicotine is known to suppress appetite but not too much just slightly also it can give u acne and hinder bone growth at late to early puberty i wouldn’t do it , this is coming from a smoker
