I've done non tobacco nicotine stuff before, is that supposed to be good?Nicotine has some positive effects on cognition and exercise performance, but smoking does not have any benefits for testosterone. Opposite effect, smoking has so many downsides I don't need to mention, all of which indirectly affect your endocrine system. Smoking indirectly lowers your testosterone, it's only potential for increase comes from nicotine, but nicotine is not particularly powerful at providing the benefits research suggests it gives, so it doesn't have a significant effect on boosting testosterone, either way, that would only work if you were taking in pure nicotine, through chewing gum or chewing tabacco, but since you're smoking it, the bad effects of smoking offsets the potential benefits of nicotine.
In general high testosterone is a result of a healthy body or a shit ton of anabolic steroids appearing in your system magically, try to figure out how smoking could lead to either of those two.
It sounds more like you're trying to justify your addiction. But being completely honest, it's neither good nor bad. Nicotine does have some benefits, as I said, particularly in exercise performance. But it's not something life changing or that I would even recommend, it's highly addictive, modifies the way your brain functions, and in general your life would go just about the same without it.I've done non tobacco nicotine stuff before, is that supposed to be good?
