Not in my case. I'm 35 and have smoked roughly one pack a day since I was 17. A lot of people mistake me for being in my early 20's. Just the other week a new guy at work guessed me to be 24. I also spent 5 years binging hard on crystal meth. Guess I just have good genes.

I smoke since I was 17 years old and I'm 25 now: didn't age a single day.

What makes you look older (and die) is a bad diet full of vegetable oils (heart disease), overcooked foods (dead food) and poor in raw animal fat like cheese and butter etc...
