Does smoking weed cause any aesthetic changes?

I've been smoking a mound of weed a day after I quit now that I'm healthy again. I really havent noticed alot of changes but my acne has been flaring up and I've noticed a bit more water retention. Is this from weed or other things? (I've always had acne but it's been getting slightly worse)
