Does sodium cyclamate raise histamine?

I've had a bottle of generic, sugar-free coke (as a mixer for vodka) and I'm itching all over. I don't get this reaction with coca-cola zero or pepsi max, which only use aspartame for sweetening. I know that sodium aspartame is terrible for your gut, but how does it affect mast cells and histamine? Never gonna buy anything with cyclamate ever again.
