Does softmaxxing even Works?

I'm heading off to university and plan to stop spending so much time on online forums; before I quit for good, I just want to know if anything other than roidmaxxing actually works (since that's all I've been doing). I think I look decent,since I manage to get women fairly easily,but I feel like it's never enough. Im only talking about softmaxxing cause i got no money for surgeries rn .I don't want to seem lazy by just asking you guys for a summary, but I feel like spending so much time online is starting to affect my life.

Like im already debloated,in shape ,clear skin and all of this basic stuff.Im talking about other methods like BS or cutting the corner of your eyes
